Order Changes & Cancellations

After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

If canceled within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Reason for return

All returns must be approved before being sent back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include a clear photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you


Refunds
